Delivery Services
Delivery charges are based on the total weight and destination of your order. For small orders upto 1Kg in weight Royal Mail services are available. For orders over 1Kg the courier we use is Parcel Force.
You can get a cost for the delivery by adding the products you require to the cart, and then using the Shipping Calculator in the View Cart page.
Orders placed by 2pm Mon-Fri are normally processed that day. Order placed after 2pm on Friday are processed on the following Monday.
Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and English bank holidays.
Returns, Refunds and Warranty
We want you to be happy with your purchase from DVD Shop Online. If you are not satisfied you may return any item purchased from us for a full refund within 14 days, providing the item is unused and in as-new condition with all packaging and accessories(if applicable). We regret we are not able to cover the cost of return shipping.
