Returns Policy

If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return it for exchange or refund. This excludes delivery charges. Please send an email to returns@dvdshoponline.co.uk, stating the product you wish to return, the date you bought it and, if you would like to exchange, your preferred replacement product. We can advise you on a suitable replacement, if you wish. Once we have all of your details on our system, you will be issued with a returns number. This helps us to deal with your return more quickly, as we know what it is and who sent it, when it arrives at our warehouse.

FAULTY OPTICAL MEDIA PRODUCTS - PLEASE NOTE:

If you are experiencing problems with DVDs or CDs and burns are failing, it is important to send back the failed discs. If you are returning packs of media which after testing are proved faulty, we can only refund the value of discs that are returned to us.

For example, if you purchase a pack of 50 blank DVDs, and consequently return the pack to us because the discs are faulty, if you return the complete pack of discs to us, and the discs are proved faulty in testing, you will recieve a full refund equal to the cost of the discs. If you return the pack of discs to us with only 30 of the orignal 50 discs in the pack, and the discs are proved faulty after testing, you will only recieve a refund for the value of the discs that are returned. In this example, the refund would be as follows...

(Product Cost / Original Pack Qty) * Returned Qty

If only 60% of a product is returned to us, we are only able to refund 60% of the value.



Please mark the outside of your packing box with the return number, but please don't write on the actual product itself. Please package the products well, as we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by mis-handling. Once we have your goods, we will either ship you the replacement, or refund your card.

If you return goods, we reserve the right to charge you for the full cost of carriage to DVD Shop Online. On small orders, this should not apply, but as we sell our carriage at a loss, we can be seriously out of pocket on larger orders. For this reason, on large orders that are returned, the charges made in respect to frieght can be considerably larger than the amount originally charged.
